The TSS visa is a temporary visa that permits the holder to live in Australia, while working full-time for the sponsoring employer, in a nominated occupation which is listed on the Short Term List or Medium Long-Term Skilled List.
Depending on your occupation and skills, the TSS visa lets you work in Australia for up to four years and allows you to travel to and from Australia throughout its duration. It also allows your family members to work and study here.
The employer-sponsored visa programme involves a 3-stage application process, all of which must be approved for a successful application.
These are as follows:
- Sponsorship application
- Nomination application
- Visa application.
